The studio offers private and small group classes, with onsite and online options. Styles of Yoga include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. Private sessions can be tailor made to meet your specific needs and/or interests.
Yoga is a holistic movement modality that combines breath, mind and body. It is an ideal way to remain fit and flexible with many other additional benefits such as stress management.
Sessions are 60min.
